What type of cases can I file online?

Courts offer electronic filing for various types of cases.  Under the “Courts” menu option, you will find information about each participating court, and what types of cases are accepted.  Options to file new Civil, Magistrate, and Probate cases are available.  Additionally, the ability to file into an existing Civil, Criminal, Juvenile, Magistrate or Probate case is available.

The first step is to determine where and what you are filing.   

How much does it cost?
There are several fees included with your filing. These fees include, but are not limited to, case filing fees charged by the court, party service, and the convenience fee charged by this site to provide the portal.
How much are Civil processing fees?

The processing fee to e-file varies for each court and jurisdiction. Civil matters are charged a one-time initial filing fee of $15 per filer per case, plus credit card fees.  Once you have filed a case or into an existing case, you will become a registered filer on that case, and no additional fees are charged for subsequent filings on that case.

How much are Criminal processing fees?

Criminal is free.

How much are Juvenile processing fees?
Juvenile is free.
How much are Magistrate Civil processing fees?
